Our sweet girl woke up this morning covered in spots! We didn't know what to think. Then, we discovered (after many medical phone calls) that she is allergic to penicillin! In 3 1/2 years, she has never had it, thankfully,so we just found out.
Prior to the confirmation phone call, we gave her Benedryl, hoping that it would make the 'allergic reaction' go away. By the time we discovered that it wasn't a typical reaction - the drug was already working....
She attended a birthday party for Abby Grace in a drunken, spotted stuper. It was really sad.
(the follow-up is that she is fine now!)
