TRICYCLE!

This lovely tricycle arrived via UPS yesterday from Grandmother and Granddaddy. She was so excited this morning when she saw it - it was like Christmas in September!

She has been playing with it all afternoon. Of course, any excuse to wear her helmet is always appreciated! (she loves her helmet)

New Friend

We went to the Bob and Casey's house for dinner on Sunday to see their family and to meet their exchange student, Slavka. Their beautiful little girl calls her "New Friend". That works! She is from the Ukraine, isn't she pretty!

Of course, no occasion is complete without hats!

First Flight

We're off! Here is our little girl's first airplane flight, and her first trip out of the country! We are on our way to Mexico for Aunt Leslie and Uncle Thad's wedding! She was a trooper, and didn't fuss a bit.

Prior to the flight, she and Uncle Trent spent a great deal of time watching airplanes take off. She LOVES airplanes.

Last weekend, our little Peanut made her first sugar cookies. She chose the 'star' and 'circle' shapes. Yum!
