Everything is Just Beachy

We just got back from our 2nd Annual Mexico Beach Trip. Let's see.......last year, we celebrated Leah's 30th birthday - this year, we celebrated Mom's 60th birthday - next year, we will celebrate my 40th birthday. What better reason to go to the beach!

To celebrate the BIG 6-0, Mom took each of us girls out parasailing. This is Mom and Leah going out to the boat. It was beautiful up there!

Sweet Baby on the Shore

Cousins got to hang out and play hard. This was but a moment of quiet time for these two. She LOVES 'my' Ethan! (we do too!)

We went to see Papa and Bebe and the whole family(Aunt Leslie, Uncle Thad, Uncle Trent, Aunt Jill, Larry and Kim, and Reverend Mike). It was lots of fun. We went out with Papa on the boat.

New Grass, Dirty Feet

You have to get pretty dirty to make your back yard (all 800sf of it) a clean place to play. This is what my husband's feet looked like after putting down about half of the grass. He got a little wet pumping the water out of the pool onto the grass, that made things even messier! Hopefully, this will provide a nice little spot for playing for years to come!

Shopping with the Girls!

Whew! We went shopping with Bebe and Aunt Leslie to find a dress for me to wear in Aunt Leslie's wedding. We had a great time - and shopped til we dropped ('Angelbaby' was sleeping before we hit the highway leaving the mall!) We can't wait until the wedding in October. (p.s. the dress is really pretty!)

Baby Miley Marie

This is the most recent received photo of our beautiful little niece, Miley. She lives in Arizona, so we haven't seen her since her arrival to the big beautiful world in March. Hopefully, our Sweetness will get to meet her little cousin this summer. She is just gorgeous Ryan and Jamie! We love her from here.

Abracadabra

The Library is almost back open again. At least the flood damage in the community room has been repaired so that we could enjoy story time. The 2007 Vacation Reading Program kicked off today with a magician (a magician for storytime?). She enjoyed watching the tricks - but, mostly enjoyed seeing the rabbit afterwards!

Nemo it is not! But, we were having some fun with Play Dough (we only have blue and white) last night and made this little 'clown' fish.

Singing in the Rain

After WEEKS of no rain, we decided it was too great an opportunity for us not to sing and dance in the rain! Also, there was a little bunny enjoying the rain on the front lawn - Daddy took his girl out to see the real bunny.
